With a 7,000 year-old history of use as food or medicine, Allium Sativum, or Garlic, is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world, and is a staple in every cuisine. Garlic’s soulful and even spiritual presence has become synonymous with generations of home cooking and comfort food. This exhibition of ceramics and paintings celebrates food lovers, cooking, and the beauty and utility of food preparation.
